Your Happiness Matters. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you're not absolutely delighted with your Inner Message ring, we're here to help. Just give us a shout, and we'll work together to find the perfect solution.

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges

    We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, your Inner Message ring should be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please note that gold or customized rings are not returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect. We offer a one-time size exchange with both-way shipping fees covered. For any subsequent exchanges, we will charge 10% of the product price.

  2. Smooth Return Process

    Just reach out to our friendly customer support team info@innermessagering.com, and they'll guide you through the simple steps. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error. 

  3. Refunds or Store Credit with a Smile

    For eligible returns, we offer your choice of a refund to your original payment method or store credit—whichever brings the biggest smile to your face! We'll process your refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned item. If you return a product for a refund, 10% of the product price will be withheld to cover the restocking and shipping costs. The remaining amount will then be refunded to you. Please note that the return shipping fee is your responsibility.

    For example, if the product price is $100 and you want to return it, the refund would be calculated as follows:

    Product Price: $100
    Restocking + Shipping Fee (10% of $100): $10
    Refund Amount: $100 - $10 = $90

  4. Defects and Mistakes Are on Us

    If, by any chance, you receive a defective or incorrect Inner Message ring, please let us know right away. We'll make it right by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund, including any applicable return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is paramount to us.
